PRACTICE
I have a wide ranging practice having been instructed in numerous murders, serious drugs conspiracies robberies, fraud and sexual offences. I have recently been instructed as leading counsel in a murder and for the first defendant in an extensive drugs conspiracy. I have a particular interest in police law, surveillance  and human rights and have published books and articles on PACE 1984 and Surveillance Law. I was recently asked to chair the Bar Council response to the Home Office proposals to amend PACE.

The may inquiry  into the circumstances surrounding the convictions arising out of the bomb attacks in Guildford and Woolwich in 1974.
